With such a well established game, we were challenged with creating a campaign that didn’t contain any gameplay but still embodied the brand - so we turned our focus to capturing the visceral experience of driving tanks, but this time in the real world!

Overview

By working with influencers who we’d previously already collaborated with on WoT gameplay campaigns, we were able to appeal to both existing players, effectively re-engaging with them and a new, wider audience.

In contextualizing key elements of the WoT experience, and distilling the influencer’s characters and personas into content that was entertaining to consume in its own right, we managed to exceed all expectations and achieve really positive results.

This campaign also helped cement a strong bond between the influencer’s audiences and the brand, in a very authentic way, that naturally lead to many future collaborations.
